Funny how these reviews never offer "price" in the "What did you like?" portion. I guess they know even when it's a "deal" we're being gouged. . . . . .and just want to gloss over it.
Anyway, room was clean. Had to switch rooms because of a bent shower curtain. My biggest issue was the customer service. 1st room had HDMI ports that didn't work (along with the shower curtain issue), 2nd room had a TV so old it didn't even have HDMI ports. I didn't think that was possible. . . . .even for a "budget" hotel. The solution in both cases was "They tell us to tell guests to just use the provided cable. Don't try to connect your game console, fire stick, etc.". What?
I noticed a small stain on my sheet I didn't notice the night before (because I had to change rooms and really wasn't paying attention). Not a big deal and it wasn't someplace that actually bothered me, but it was there. I ask them to change my sheets, and they proceed to tell me my housekeeping is every 3 days. I said "That's fine, but I inherited that issue so can it be taken care of?". She repeats herself, I repeat myself, and she shakes her head as if I don't get it. I'm like, your staff didn't do their job correctly so your rule shouldn't apply until they have. She says, "I can give you sheets to change yourself.". I tell her "...that's fine..." so we can move on. Those exchanges rub me wrong. It means I'm dealing with a human robot vs a human thinker who can speak to the nuance of the situation.
