The location was perfect. We sadly only got room service (clean towels, bed made) only once in a 5 day stay. The breakfast included was not the greatest.

The staff are super friendly and great. The rooms were clean and well stocked. My only complaint is the coffee tasted like crap (I’ve never had decent hotel coffee though) and the pool was cloudy and didn’t look appealing to swim in.

I would of gave a 4 if they had a business center like they said and told us that the shuttle needs to be scheduled to go to the airport SMH. The rooms was okay the furniture in rooms need updated and our room was by a barking dog. The ladies at the front desk was awesome. The breakfast was not good at all and the coffee was horrible

Homewood Suites is a nice place to stay. Staff is very friendly. Close to Mall of America, restaurants, and the Minneapolis airport. The suite we stayed in was updated, clean, and quiet. There is plenty of parking. We will be going back to Homewood Suites, Bloomington Mn within the next 2 months. I definitely would recommend staying there.

We loved our stay. Excellent location to the Mall. The covered walkway made it super quick and easy to get there. 1 bdrm suite was spacious, comfortable and well appointed. Ladies at the front desk are total gems. Our daughter loved them and chatted with them every morning. Pool area was clean, with lots of chairs and clean towels available. We would definitely stay here again.

My family my husband and I, our 2 daughters and their husbands and 2 children a total of 10 of us stayed in 3 suites that each had a king bed and a pull out couch. It was a fantastic 4 day trip across from MALL OF AMERICA. We enjoyed the choice to walk across the Killebrew pedestrian bridge or take the car to cross Killebrew Dr Wonderful breakfast at the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was really nice to be able to walk to the Mall of America, they also provide a shuttle to the mall. Staff was nice and friendly. My family enjoyed the breakfast.

Everything was good with exception of breakfast. We tended to go for breakfast a little later (i.e. 9am) and there usually weren't many options left.

Nice room
Choose this hotel because it was within walking distance to the MOA. Checkin/checkout was great. Loved the layout of our room. The furniture in our room was outdated and in rough shape. When showering there was no conditioner in our shower. We had shower gel, shampoo & lotion....(probably an oversight) good thing I brought my own. On the last day before checkout I found garbage (from previous guests) under/next to our bed frame while I was checking to make sure I had everything packed and nothing left behind. Also the silverware in my kitchenette was dirty. Overall it was a nice room. With a little more attention to details and cleanliness, it would be a great room. I would probably stay again because of the location.

Wasnt the cleanest… room was not refreshed the only morning/ day we needed it.. no apologies or $ off offered.. bedroom heater didn’t work, halls were noisy starting at 0730… breakfast was sold out at 8:50 on Saturday am with a few I’m sorrys. Again no rate reduction offered. For the price, wouldn’t stay there again or recommend.

The hotel is conveniently located, and the suite we stayed in was clean and updated, had a small kitchen, and all the space that we needed. What I was most impressed with during our stay was the friendliness and helpfulness of every single staff member we encountered during our stay. The customer service was exceptional.

Excellent Customer Service!!!
The staff is extremely welcoming and eager to help. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The hotel is nice with lots of amenities. It was my 1st time to stay but I will be going back when I travel to the Twin Cities in the future.
