Couldn't get our TV to hook to the Wifi, had to go to front desk multiple times and still didn't get correct (only solution was to move rooms after already unpacking). Ice machine on our floor was broken, would have been nice to have been told that when checking in. So many of the doors, our groups keys wouldn't work at, mobile keys continually wouldn't work. Would have been nice if laundry facility had credit card use or it was mentioned that they were coin op. The QR code to scan in the room really didn't give much info, like delivery of food, hotel ammenity stuff - like coin op[ laundry, etc. Cushions for outdoor patio sets were not on when we arrived, had to ask for them and it took quite awhile (like the next evening)
