When checking in we were informed that the air conditioning was not working we’re offered a box fan that we needed to carry up to our room with all of our luggage. There was no apology, just that they were giving free parking because of it. Ok fine we were going to try to make the best of it. We went to the rim we were given 516, unpacked and my daughter went to have a shower as we had driven for 7 hours and were very tired and ready for bed. There was NO HOT WATER!!! Called down to inform them, on hold for 10 minutes when a different person came on the phone and I again had to explain that we had no hot water. Told us to come down to get a new room. Packed everything back up and went down (lugging the fan the entire time). They gave us room 514, went to the room, did NOT unpack this time. Checked the hot water and AGAIN no hot water!! Not even warm water. My daughter went down and they said they would send someone to look at it. She came back up and we waited an hour in the hot room. Called down to see when somebody would come, put on hold for 10 minutes and when they came back on they had no idea about sending someone up and told us to come down to get yet ANOTHER room! Gave us room 904, again lugging the box fan went to that room. Checked the hot water, no hot water in the sink but hot water in the shower. Not willing to change again we decided to deal with no hot water to wash out hands or face and just stay there. Terrible hotel ac out for months

The front desk lady was very unprofessional, she wouldn’t let me speak! It started because I had picked a two bed room, this lady said my manager made the changes because you only have two people in that room mind you it was two adults and a baby. She was being so rude and very aggressive this is unacceptable you shouldn’t treat people this way specially if you are in the customer service department. She said racial comments about “people like me” I asked to speak to her manager, and in a very sarcastic way she said good luck she’s here in the mornings only, like if she wouldn’t get in any trouble When I took out my phone to start recording her, her tone and the aggression with her hands stopped completely. I will still add my video on social media only because of the disrespect and the racial comments. I had no intentions to argue but the devil got inside of her! Also in the description of the room it says AC provided well the AC is not working they gave us a fan! This is totally not what I signed up for the worst stay of my life!!!!! She definitely don’t mlike people like me as she said, and I’m HISPANIC!

AC was broken in the entire hotel. Elevators were down. TV cable kept cutting out. One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. They also are impossible to deal with for getting any type of refund. Do not stay here!

Literally nothing works in this hotel. We were stuck at the parking ramp entrance for 15-20 minutes trying to get in. We tried calling support using the help option at the kiosk and it didn’t work. We called the hotel and they sent someone out who didn’t know what was wrong or how to fix it. Thankfully she was able to manually let us in so we could park. When we tried to leave the parking ramp the next morning, that kiosk didn’t work either and we were stuck in the garage. The AC was out in the hotel and we weren’t told until we were checking in. Ice machines only worked on two floors of the whole hotel. Would not recommend. Staff working the night shift were very friendly and helpful with the parking and check in situation, but overall, hotel was not in good working order and was not a pleasant place to stay.

There was no air conditioning which we were not told until we were checking in and the shower was broken. What a waste of money. The only good thing about this property is the location. So disappointed. We drove 7 hours to get here. We should have been warned in advance. It was 28 degrees and hot as hell. We were exhausted.

Was given a different room than what was on our confirmation, after discovering this we were switched to a correct one, There was no Air conditioning in our room or the entire Hotel, when I asked about it front desk representative, said that I had been notified and could have canceled, we did not receive a notification and were not offered any discount.

Parking in the ramp was terrible. Our truck barely fit. The parking spaces are small and tight. It's an additional $32 a night to park. Front desk staff was less than friendly. It was like every guest was a bother to the girls at the counter. Rude to every guest I witnessed them check in. No AC. Our room was hot even with temps outside being in the 50s-60s. Windows opened a crack but that's all. These are suites and there was no bedding in the room for the pullout couch. We went to a concert and returned around midnight. Multiple families waiting at the front desk to get "a kit" (as they called it) for the pullout couch. Didn't even have a bottom sheet to put on the mattress. No handles on exit doors to get in or out. Have to use the handicap button to get the door to open. What happens if the power goes out? When you're in the elevator you have to use your room key to "unlock" the elevator to get you to any of the floors so make sure you have your key card at all times. There is no free breakfast. The restaurant in site wasn't open on a Tuesday night. Front desk didn't tell us about any of the ammenities available, which I'm sure they didn't, because there are none. No pool or hot tub. Spend a few extra bucks and book elsewhere. It'll be worth it. We made the best of it, but so many other guests complained as well. Glad I wasn't the only one who felt the same way. Alright hotel, parking is horrible. There’s a very small parkcade and it’s additional $30 to park it.

Our room was OK for the price we paid but stains all over ceiling and walls. The a.c. was broken so after 3 staff encounters a maintenance man finally brought us a box fan. The parking was awful. Trash everywhere
