Check in was LONG and painful! Then additional $10 to park on their lot. disappointing. Also, they no longer have a free breakfast (been here 4 years in a row, this is a first!) Room and pool area were very nice!

Hyatt Regency Bloomington - Minneapolis
The rooms are relatively clean there was a few pieces of napkin on the floor otherwise relatively clean but I was first sent to the incorrect room but they accommodated me and and switched dinner immediately

The Saint Paul Hotel
The thoughtfulness and care provided by everyone was appreciated. It’s a beautiful historic building. Our room was spacious room with many useful modern conveniences.

We did online check in. The clerk at the front desk just gave us our cards with no other conversation or instructions. Info like where to park, our room number, how to get to our room, the fact you need a key card to get the elevator to the floor we were staying would be helpful. The pool was shutdown ...
