「We ended up leaving and losing all our money as the hotel would not refund us. There were dead bugs all over the room, the sheets were thread bare and looked extremely old and unsanitary. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls, the ceiling had prior water damage and was cracked and peeling as well. The carpet was stained… overall the building was in extreme disrepair. None of us felt comfortable laying down on the beds or setting our belonging on the floor. 」

「We stopped on our way to Colorado. The first night of our trip to Colorado was fine. When we came back through on our way home, it was terrible. The manager would only talk to my husband. There was blood on the sheets. And, we reserved a king-size room months in advance. We were put in a double room without asking, and when we asked, we were told they only had 2 king rooms, and both were sold out. Shouldn't one of them have been for us since we registered and paid for the room before arriving?」
