「Overall a good stay for our 2 nights in Tiranë. Good location for food, drinks and sight seeing. Note stairs to get to the apartment and no lift. Place was a little smaller than the photos showed and hot water didn’t last a long time, but it wasn’t enough to ruin the stay.」

「Beautiful small boutique hotel, lovely location in a quaint plaza full of food & drink venues. Short walk to other areas. Really nice friendly staff. Only very minor thing is that downstairs room windows open straight onto walkways so you can't really have them open. 」

「Room was huge with great views. Traffic noise a bit of an issue even on the 13th floor. Needs some rough edges in maintenance looking after. Staff were superb and the location is perfect.」

「The room was quite basic and the pictures online make it look better than it actually is. That said, it was fine for a one-night stay. Parking was a bit of a challenge — we paid €20 for two nights of underground parking, which wasn’t the cheapest option. The welcome desk staff were helpful and friendly. Overall, I would rate my experience 3/5.」

「All staff were very helpful. Very central location. Very small hotel with no elevator with very narrow stairs but staff carried our super heavy luggage to our room on 4th floor. Our Room was very small and no space to store our luggage. There was a huge jacuzzi tab between the room and the balcony which seems ridiculously waste of space. It would be so much more relaxing if the room was expanded instead of the useless jacuzzi and sad balcony. The blackout drape was barely hanging on the rail...

「Metro Hotel was such an amazing stay in Tirana, the room was excellent and the staff were very friendly. Albanian people are some of the friendliest people we have come across, their hospitality is second to none! The breakfast at Metro Hotel is very nice and staff gave us a takeaway bag with food for our 4 hour bus to Kosovo. Such a friendly service and would return again in the future! From Joe and Kate」
