「I booked a family room at Meaco Hotel, and it was a massive disappointment. The moment we entered, we noticed the washroom smelled awful. It was completely filthy from the floors to the walls, showing a severe lack of proper cleaning. To make things worse, the faucet was broken and not working at all.
When we brought this up to the room attendant and she sent security guard to fix the faucet form shower but nothing happened i went to reception and , they moved us to the next room Not only does...
「Hot shower not working. AC is not well maintained and doesn’t blow cold air. Staff was not helpful at all and keeps brushing off our complaints. Management please do something about it.」
「Staff was super friendly and very accommodating. Resort is quiet with beautiful viewers/ surrounding scenery. When we return to Camiguin Island, we found our place to stay.」
