"The hotel was very comfortable and clean, and the hosts were very friendly and polite. They accommodated our every need. There was a wonderful balcony and small garden, where we could enjoy Mount Fuji and relax while enjoying a cup of coffee. "The room was very large and had 2 floors, which we can choose either to sleep on normal single bed or futon. It also had two restrooms which was good if you travel with the group. The hotel served us simple breakfast with breads, veggie soup, juices & coffee at the room which was very nice although it was a bit too much for us. A few cons here would be the location of each room which is uphill and it wasn't pleasant to drag all heavy luggage to the room while check out time was a bit too early...

"This place is pretty cool. It doesn't look like much from outside, but the room was clean and modern. The in room onsen was great. Great views of Mt. Fuji. Service and staff are top notch. There is a beautiful Japanese garden on both sides of the river that go on and on. Overall, would definitely come back!"

"J’ai beaucoup apprécié la magnifique vue sur le mont Fuji depuis notre chambre! Le déjeuner était simple, mais bon. La navette pour se rendre à la station était également très pratique. Par contre, je ne savais pas qu’il était possible de bénéficier de cette navette à l’arrivée à l’hôtel. La marche entre la station d’autobus et l’hôtel était assez difficile, surtout avec nos bagages. Il aurait été apprécié que cette information soit mieux indiquée lors de la réservation."

"Stayed as part of our Japan honeymoon, and it blew our minds. We arrived on a cloudy day but when we woke the next morning to clear skies the view of Mt Fuji from our balcony was simply incredible! We thought the buffet breakfast was excellent, the staff are wonderful, can’t wait to return in the future!"

"I loved how clean and well maintained this property was. The rooms being itself was very spacious and we had a beautiful view of the lake across the street. Staff were very friendly and offer a ride services going to and from Kawaguchiko Station which was very helpful. It was also a short walk to Kawaguchiko Lake, My Fuji Panoramic Ropeway, and various convenience stores and restaurants. We were also served a large Japanese breakfast in the morning. I was traveling with someone with severe food allergies so was presently surprised by how thoughtful and accommodating staff was about alterations to the meal."

"Truly a once in a lifetime experience. We were welcomed and had our car valeted, our bags carried to our room and were shown the property. Every single staff member was friendly and so helpful and made sure our stay was fantastic. They also upgraded us to a larger room with a balcony that was closer to the baths which was wonderful. My husband and I have tattoos which are not allowed in the public baths but we had no issue finding times to use the private baths during our stay. The meals were wonderful, thoughtfully served and added to the entire experience. Will reccomend to everyone going to Japan and wants a completely immersive and peaceful experience of a traditional ryokan stay."

"For only staying two days, I was very impressed. The staff are great, rooms are larger than most in Japan, Onsen was amazing (had to use skin tape over tattoos to go in), breakfast was good. The only thing I will say is the area in which this hotel resides is a bit questionable during the night, though I never had any issues. Would absolutely stay there again."
