Hotel is beautiful. Lobby is really nice. Staff was courteous. The area is nice and plenty of stuff around specially being next to the mall. My only gripe with this place is the fees. You want wifi? Unless you book direct with them you have to pay about $15 per day to get wifi. You want a faster wifi? then you have to pay more. You want parking? You gotta pay for that as well. Otherwise great place.

Overall the property is very nice but paying to park on a surface lot at a mall was major surprise and unexpected expense not listed.

I was in town to visit someone in the hospital. This property was conveniently located to my destination.
The front desk personnel were friendly and very helpful with my questions and needs.

Very easy check in process. Parking is done with a QR code so no need to go back and forth to the vehicle with paper pass which is really nice. Property was spotless.

This hotel was gorgeous! Our room was wonderful, they even left a note in our room when we arrived. They had a live band the first night we stayed. Definitely wanna come again

Did not expect to pay for parking or Internet.
The smoke detector flashes a light every few seconds in the main part of the bedroom. Would be better if it was in the hallway.
Bathrooms need fan/vents.

Very nice, clean updated hotel. The bathroom was very spacious with a beautiful walk-in shower. Comfortable beds and modern decor. Lots of restaurant options within walking distance from hotel. We chose this location because it was only a 15 min drive to downtown Milwaukee.The parking was convenient and less expensive than staying downtown to park. Overall, this is a great hotel for the price and location.

The property is very nice. It was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly. My only issue during my short stay was the parking, and there was no hair dryer in the room.

The hotel is nice, clean, and comfortable. It is in a convenient location for the western suburbs of Milwaukee. Parking was easy. The restaurant in the hotel is very good for dinner. The gym was great.
The only thing for me to critique was that I paid extra up front for free breakfast but there was no free breakfast to be found.
