I arrived Hotel at 1:30pm. I requested early check-in, but the hotel stuff said me that it is not possible early check in. Reluctantly, I was waiting in the lobby. 15 minutes later, this stuff "If you pay an early check-in fee $50, you can take a check-in soon". If so, he should say so from the beginning.
