Santa Maria luxury suites were so beautiful we did not want to leave the resort to explore the island. All of the services were top-notch, and the poolside staff were amazing! It’s such a great location with phenomenal views!

Really nice, clean, and quiet resort a short walk from all the restaurants in Adamas. Breakfast delivered to the patio of our room daily was excellent. Great pool and bar for relaxing after a busy day of exploring, swimming and eating.

Beautiful property in Milos. We were able to walk from the port to our Suite with two suitcases (a little bit of a hike, but manageable if you’re fit). Our suite was extremely spacious, breakfast served on our terrace each morning was absolutely wonderful. The pool area is stunning. Within walking distance of the port and many local shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

No gym, which is weird for a place lik this. But great rooms and pool. Semi walkable to town. Breakfast at your apartment is great, little mor in room coffee, water, maybe some other drinks would complete it. Great massage, pricy but good.

Wonderful place to stay. Very well located, helpful front desk staff who reviewed a map of Milos with us and circled all the best destinations. Helped us book a car which got dropped off right at the hotel. Recommended a great boat tour with a discount code which had amazing food. Very relaxing atmosphere. Short walk to local restaurants and the main town. Spectacular view. Pool bar with reasonably priced drinks and food. Would definitely recommend

My stay at this resort was amazing! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout the stay, providing recommendations for local food, carrying our baggage to our room, delivering breakfast to our front door, cleaning our room whilst we were out for the day, etc. The pool on the resort is perfect, with an amazing view of the Milos mountains and bay in the distance. I would say that some of the pool-bar drinks are a bit overpriced. The resort is conveniently located near the main sea port, and it is walking distance ~15 minutes. Would highly recommend booking this resort for your next trip to Milos.

This hotel was FANTASTIC! The hotel was only a 15 minute walk to the port town. We enjoyed using the pool and restaurant/bar area. Staff extremely friendly and accommodating. Our room was amazing. Spacious and very comfortable. Each morning we had breakfast serviced on our private patio. Ample parking if you are renting a car.

Exceptional hospitality begins with the owner, Nicolas Roussos, who personally arranged our pickup from the ferry terminal and welcomed us with the warmth and sincerity of a family member. His gracious presence immediately made us feel at home. During the drive, Nicolas shared the rich history of Ermoupoli, the mansion, and his own journey in hospitality. His deep pride in the property, extensive experience, and genuine passion for welcoming guests are evident in every interaction. A true gentleman, he embodies the timeless spirit of Syros hospitality and sets the tone for an unforgettable stay. Palazzo Santa Maria offers 6 rooms, each with its own historical theme. The attention to detail includes background information about each room, must sees in the town, the variety of villages and beaches to go to as well as nearby restaurants to enjoy the local delicacies. Palazzo Santa Maria is situated in an ideal location to enjoy every aspect of the town while experiencing a quiet sleep in the evening. Overall, a five star experience!

Overall, the hotel has many strengths—particularly its location, service, and breakfast—but a few small changes and some room upgrades would significantly improve the guest experience. The views are spectacular, and the warm pool makes it a wonderful place to relax. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and eager to help throughout our stay. Breakfast was superb, with an excellent selection and high-quality food. That said, there were a few disappointments. Charging guests for bottled water at the pool felt unnecessarily stingy, especially when complimentary water was available just a few steps away at reception. The bed was not particularly comfortable, and the pillows were somewhat lumpy, making for less restful nights. The bathroom also feels dated and could benefit from a refresh.

We had a nice sized suite with our private patio and made to order complimentary breakfast delivered daily, which we very much looked for forward to every morning. With the roomy suite, we were surprised they only had a queen bed. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. The mattress is not firm and had some sagging. The metal bed frame was uncomfortable as far as the headboard and squeaky. The configuration of the shower was interesting as the soap and shampoo cubby was a couple steps away from the shower head. The shower corners were not clean…could see some mold and spider webs and spiders. The pool area is phenomenal…amazing views of the water and mountains. The pool itself was designed well with overflow draining into the floor level and shaped nicely and a good size. There’s also a nice hot tub. We had dinner at the pool twice, as the sunsets were so gorgeous. They need a wider variety of food choices…very small menu. The loungers are comfortable. The pool bathroom is clean, but be careful as the floor is not marked well for trip hazards and I fell hard on my forearms and still badly bruised a week later. The manager did give ice packs and a massage to try to make it right. The spa is modern and comfortable but small. Only one massage at a time is possible…no couples massage. The masseuse is very good and cares about helping your body feel better. Staff in general are helpful and friendly. It is walkable to Plaka…shopping and restaurants, and by the marina.
