"The front desk girl checked us into someone else's room. Went back and she put us into another room. Room was clean but the soap dispensers in shower were empty. Hot tub was broken. The best part of the whole stay was the restaurant! Great food and awesome fun staff!"

"As far as hotels at this price go, it is four stars. It is the only hotel in Casper at this price, so set your expectations appropriately and then be happy that the rooms are clean and the A/C works. If you are expecting turndown service and a mint on your pillow, then that is on you. "

"Love the pool and kid pool. Did not love the fact that when I arrived at the hotel they could not find my reservation. The front desk person was not friendly and acted like I did not have a reservation. This is the second time this has happened at this hotel."

"We experienced a flat tire while still far from the hotel, which delayed us and we did not arrive until 12:45 AM. We called in and told the desk attendant of our situation. He requested our phone number so he could call and check on our progress, which he did. When we arrived, he was very helpful and we experienced the fastest check-in we have ever had, by far. The room was dated and not particularly appealing, but everything worked and we just needed a place to stay for the rest of the night....
