「Heather the manager was very friendly and welcoming. We got our drinks at the bar and confirmed our stay and we had a lovely evening meal. The room was spacious and comfortable with a shower and bath.It was very quiet.Breakfast in the morning was great and heather made us feel so at home. Definitely would recommend a stay.」

The staff was kind and polite and the food was delicious and plenty. Just one thing that would be more of a recommendation than a critique - I would suggest the breakfast offers other meat options alongside pork.」

Food (smoked salmon & scrambled eggs for breakfast and Cajun chicken salad in the evening) was excellent and portions were generous. Staff friendly and efficient. All for a very reasonable price. Great location to explore Lake Windermere.」
