"The staff were not very welcoming. The hotel is very out dated and smells like cigarettes/ nursing home. The photos were not very accurate. The tub didn’t drain well at all."

"We had to switch rooms. The first room had a broken blind, bathroom door that only closed halfway, and the toilet was broken. The second room was fine. The bottom of the bathtubs need some texture. They are very slippery when wet. 3 out of the 4 of us fell while showering at one point. Breakfast was mediocre. Oh, and at times when showering there was no hot water. I wouldn’t stay there again. The staff was friendly though so that’s the only reason I gave it 3 stars instead of 1 or 2."

"ROOM WAS PERFECT AS ALLWAYS AT THIS LOCATION, SIGNING IN WAS FRIENDLY AS WHEN SIGNING OUT. ALL STAFF MEMBERS WERE FRIENDLY EAGER TO HELP OUT WITH ANYTHING WE NEEDED."

"The Cherry Valley Hotel was outstanding. The front desk was very accommodating with my request. Kayla did a great job and was anxious to serve. The rooms are clean, large, and look like they were recently remodeled My wife and I will definitely stay after the Cherry Valley Hotel again when we’re in the area."
