「Property was nice..clean rooms..good breakfast !!」

「The room was clean. The lobby smelled like a dirty mop...the smell drifted into the elevator...absolutely terrible.」

「Everyone was super helpful, especially after one of us had an ankle injury out on a hike. They were responsive and accommodating. The location to Boone and Blowing Rock restaurants was perfect. It had a great view and was very clean!」

「Really nice hotel. It was clean and had a decent gym, especially compared to other hotels. The staff was nice, helpful, and prompt. The rooms had more space than expected and was very clean. Slightly expensive, but a very good option.」

「Amenities are excellent. Front guard gate staff were very kind, helpful. Check in was easy. We had several issues in our room, brought them to the attention of the front desk 4 times throughout 2 days. Each time it appeared that we were bothering them with no action taken. Nothing was done prior to our checkout. They were t apologetic or attempted to quickly correct the concerns. The Fitness center evidently runs classes outside of guests. When I entered, was told they would be using most of...

「Just be prepared to pay a double portion for amenities fee if you’re booking with a third party. It doesn’t matter if you have proof on your credit card that you paid. The lady was very kind and explained the system however you have some people that don’t pay attention to details and will charge extra without looking into a situation and get a nasty attitude with you when you ask a question regarding a bill. I’ve never experienced this in all my travels as Nurse and I will not ever be staying...
