"The hotel, amenities and breakfast are very good. What we did not like was that it is located right be the Dutra freeway. The window handle of our room was broken. We informed the front desk and they said they would check it out. Early in the morning we were woken up by the noise of trucks outside our room. "Simple hotel. Helpful staff. Parking was easy and felt secure. You can walk to the downtown, but the first few block do not have sidewalks, putting you on the road. "

"Great parts of this property are that they give you the remote of gate once checked in. The parking is safe and private. The property is very clean. However, my bed frame squiggled, and the noise from the street right next to the property is quite annoying. This street is the access to deeper mountain area and would pass many vehicles even in late night. Please do NOT use the fireplace, even if the property provides materials to do the fire. "The walls were very thin and vents connected to neighbors, so everything could be heard from neighboring apartments. Multiple guys who didn't look like they were even staying at the property were outside being very loud until late at night. The bed was so soft it felt like I was sinking to the floor and the sofa and chairs in the apartment were extremely uncomfortable. There was a cockroach in the shower and water on the bathroom floor at check-in. The kitchen had very minimal cookware to make anything and the condiments they say they give you are only one or two tiny packs (like a pack of sugar you get with a cup of take-out coffee). The pool was tiny and unclean. The host was not around during advertised checkout hours. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this lodging unless you really need a kitchen and are okay with minimal cookware."
