Room like a studio apartment. Kitchen, cutlery, etc. balcony is a great add on. Overall very nice.

The property appeared clean overall, my only concern was during my check-in on May 1st. When I arrived, there was an individual in the lobby who appeared to have very poor hygiene. The lobby area had a strong, unpleasant odor, and I was concerned for my health as the individual was coughing and leaning over service counter. I didn't want to approach the counter after, but thankful for the lady that was working, she sanitizes the whole area before serving me. I was on a weekend layover and needed to be healthy for my upcoming flight, this experience made me uneasy about the sanitary conditions of the guest rooms and common areas. I would like to suggest that the hotel implement a policy or standard regarding guest hygiene in shared spaces to ensure a comfortable and professional environment for all patrons. Loved it, beautiful view. Great room with fabulous balcony overlooking marina and ocean

We enjoyed our stay at Luana Waikiki. The staff were all amazing and the room was very nice. The kitchen was a little light on appliances but otherwise everything was excellent.
