Stayed at Hampton in West Haven many times in the past….rooms much larger,microwave better breakfast selection also had issue this morning before checking out couldn’t get on internet.

Unfortunately it is too close to I95. I can hear noisy traffic and vibration window panel all night. Otherwise the hotel is good, clean and friendly.

My room was facing the freeway and there was constant noise. The temperature was uncomfortable even after trying different settings. The grounds were dirty. The neighbors on floor were noisy. I got no sleep. I will never stay here again. I paid ove $200 to feel uncomfortable. Thumbs down.

Right next to the highway and very noisy. Room was very small. Breakfast was mediocre at best. We’ve had much better breakfast at other Hampton locations. Dog walking area was littered with surprises from other owners. Should be maintained by property.

This is our second time staying. King size bed was wonderful, along with how clean the room was. Very convenient to all dinning and stores. Will stay again.

Not up to Hilton standards
While staying in our room, the toilet stopped working. Also the sink and tub didn't drain quickly, so we ended up standing in ankle deep water. The walls were also extremely thin, so we could hear the couple next door fighting in the middle of the night. Breakfast as alright overall. But as a Hilton in restaurant, we expected the hotel to be a little nicer

Decent place, clean. Nevertheless, they advertise that EV charging is available but both chargers were shutdown by the franchise owner.

CT to NY- Milford is Perfect
Moving and needed a place to stay that was nice, clean & safe -Hampton Inn in Milford, CT fit the bill precisely! Right off of I-95 with a large parking lot. Check in was friendly and easy. Breakfast was good & filling. The room was cozy & comfortable. An excellent grocery store (The Big Y) is close by, made our dinners easy. Made our move a lot less stressful -thank you!!

Worst hotel experience ever
This was the worst hotel experience i have ever had. Room was never cleaned my entire stay there. When i requested a room cleaning in our second day there we were told that they were short staffed and that it wouldn't be cleaned. I asked for new towels at least. They left the towels in a bag by our door without going in and removing the dirty ones. We had a mountain of dirty towels by our last day. The trash was never emptied. Beds were so hard that none of my family could sleep. The food was horrible. Powdered eggs, reheated "omelettes", stale bagels, dry muffins. The only thing good I can say about the hotel was that the staff were nice.

Pillows are too flimsy only 2 large towels provided for 2 adults at least one extra would have been nice Clock in the room didn't light up, but an alarm went off in the middle of the night Any staff we encountered was very helpful and nice
