"Herr Meinel ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber, der sich wahrlich mit viel Engagement persönlich um seine Ferienwohnungen kĂŒmmert. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt, gerade so als ob das Objekt eben erst in Betrieb ging und wir die ersten GĂ€ste sind. Leider war unser Apartment konstruktionsbedingt (Innenausbau als Trockenbau) etwas hellhörig, aber wir waren eh nur zum Schlafen und FrĂŒhstĂŒcken da. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder."

"Vielen Dank fĂŒr die schnelle RĂŒckmeldung, wir haben jetzt eingecheckt. Zimmer sind ok aber abgewohnt und billig eingerichtet. Silberfische auf dem Boden , alle Fenster auf bzw. abgekippt, was halt bei 2,5 grad C Außentemperatur total sinnfrei ist. Der Grund dafĂŒr ist dass verrauchte Zimmer. Was selbst als Raucher unangenehm riecht. Sorry aber dann bitte nicht fĂŒr eine Suite verkaufen und Bilder nutzen, die mit der RealitĂ€t nichts zu tun haben um einen höheren Verkaufspreis zu erzielen. ."

"I really enjoyed the stay, all was brand new, clean and fully equipped. It‘s located in the very citycenter but still quiet, there is a Supermarket with a bakery right around the corner and quite a lot of Restaurants. I would have rated 5 Stars, but when we arrived ( 2 adults, one child of 3 years) the sofabed wasn‘t prepared. After inquirey I was told they never do for children under 5. I should have asked for it, as this is their policy. I found that very strange, I couldn‘t find a Word about...

"Ausstattung war sehr einfach gehalten. Die Sessel total veraltet und durchgesessen. Da konnte man nicht sitzen. Die Ausstattung war insgesamt aus den 90igern. Kein Service. Es ist kein Hotel zu wohlfĂŒhlen. Alles wird auf Sparflamme gehalten. Die Sauna ist defekt, oder wird zumindest so erklĂ€rt. Die HandtĂŒcher sind genauso alt wie die Einrichtung und völlig inakzeptabel. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck ist sehr ĂŒberschaubar. Brötchen, 3 Sorten Wurst , 2 mal KĂ€se, Eier gibt es auf Zuteilung das dauert dann 10 Minuten. Das Restaurant bietet maximal 3 Tagesgerichte , diese stehen angeschlagen auf einer Tafel. Der Gesamteindruck ist einfach schlecht! "
