I stayed one night here. Clean and comfortable with a good bathroom and in an excellent position for public transport and the Piazza del Duomo. Staff were friendly and they booked an early morning taxi for me. The front desk is not staffed 24 hours.

Great position, Room very small, but comfortable bed & pillows, clean linen Left us outside in 40C middle of the day heat while we were buzzing to get in to property to check in This is not necessarily a hotel, this is more of a rooming house where they just rent out rooms, but in great easy location

Not really worth the money , the room was average at best , there was a kettle and coffee/ tea but no sugar or milk , for the price I'd expect at least milk , sockets commingbout the wall and bedside shelf hanging off , terrible smell from bathroom and the sinke blocked , having said that the location was excellent, 2 mins from Duomo cathedral and lots of shops bars and restaurants, , I would definitely not stay again

This hotel is small, clean and very, very well located. All the negative reviews about the train noise are extremely overblown. If you are extremely sensitive and actively looking for reasons to be dissatisfied then the occasional train noise will suffice. Otherwise for the price this is a good option. The staff is friendly and helpful.

This hotel has great location. In a great area for shopping, food, and the landmarks. The rooms are standard and our bathroom was not the best. They should tile the bathrooms and water proof the showers to avoid the wall rot we had in our bathroom. Other than that the room was clean. Our fridge did not work either. It was hot in there, would not recommend leaving food. The tv was small and no channels in English.

We had just come from a $700 a night hotel with an uncomfortable bed and terrible air conditioning. We spent our last night in Italy in transit back home at the Víctor boutique hotel and it was a pleasant surprise. One block from the duomo and dining. Air conditioning was amazing. Bed super comfy and the room was immaculately clean. Shower pressure was notable. Check in woman was very nice

Awesome location and stay

We really enjoyed our time at this hotel. It was the perfect location in central Milan. The reception desk folks were very kind and helpful. Only downside is you can hear a lot of late night busking but hey, that just means you are close to the Duomo! Recommend bringing eyemask if youre someone who needs darkness to sleep.
