Excellent service

Quick stay to catch an early flight out of Linate. Hotel was excellent, the staff and service above par. Quiet, clean and efficient.

Property was ok without any issues. I will strongly suggest this place for people who have been to Milano before and need a quiet area to stay. Not for first timers in my opinion. Milan is generally expensive by taxi so you want to make sure you stay close to Centrale or as close as possible to Duomo. But the bed in the room oils have been a proper bed frame and not a fold up style.

Notte di disagio

Hotel di buon livello purtroppo la temperatura della stanza nonostante il termostato fosse su 21 gradi il massimo possibile la stanza risultava fredda e non avevamo nemmeno la classica coperta a disposizione nell'armadio il termosifone nel bagno era caldo solo nell'angolino in basso . La mattina alla mia rimostranza all'addetto della reception mi sono sentito dire: bastava chiamasse le avremo alzato la temperatura e provveduto a darle una coperta......bastava un "ci scusiamo per il disagio"prima di dire che bastava chiamarci.

Standard hotel

Pænt hotel, værelset var mere en lejlighed (udstyret med køkken), end et værelse, og kunne trænge til en upgrade. Restauranten åbnede først 19.30, men det var det samme for de omkring liggende restauranter, så vi ventede med aftensmaden, da vi ikke gad til at køre. Morgenmaden var fin.
