The position was very convenient and check in 24 hours really helps travelling late hours. The room was clean but the bed was a bit uncomfortable, probably quite old. Breakfast was on demand and paid for, decent but quite minimal.

A lovely hotel, I’d go back to it
I enjoyed my stay for one night at this lovely hotel. It’s 8 minutes walking distance from the central station makes it ideal for a layover among Milan’s airports and within easy reach of means of transportation. The reception staff is extremely polite and efficient, offering great service. The room was spotless clean. I would like to manage the heating as per my time of staying in the room rather than the designated times which however is effective

Bed was of poor quality, the springs were sticking out. Even when the window was closed, the noises sounded like they were right in the room with you. Thermostat did not work.

Hotel is very close to the central station, which makes it ideal when arriving to the city, and also for exploring the city. Room was a bit small but it had a nice big bathroom and a comfortable bed. Hotel is clean and staff is very friendly and helpful

Our scheduled stay for three nights in this hotel was completely unpleasant due the very poor Airconditioning while the outside temperature was extremely high that forced us to leave to other hotel next day morning. The real problem was that when we several times complained about it no action was taken and the gentleman at the front disk without naming him was very rude on his response while the lady Shaya was very kind and brought us bottle of water to cool us down. I don’t recommend this hotel during summer time
