BEWARE!
1. Check in: we were not informed well in advance that there was no access to the property until 3pm. I had come from outside with luggage. This meant that I had to be on the road waiting in the heat for almost 1.5 hours.
2. Poor service: on multiple days, the towels weren’t changed. The same one towel had to be used.
3. Poor communication: there was no way to reach out to the staff. I had to be outside for business during day time. At night, there was no staff and therefore no way to communicate my concerns. Plus, when I called through WhatsApp (their mode of communication) and sent messages, no one picked up or replied ever.
4. Bathroom: the shower area was horrible. Water clogs up and led to very bad shower experience. This is basic hygiene issue.
5. No internet: despite advertising WiFi, there was no internet connection on multiple days. I had very IMPORTANT task that needed to be done which didn’t happen. When I mentioned this to the staff downstairs, they first denied that there was any internet issue. Then they agreed but said that they couldn’t fix it over the weekend.
