The room did not match the ad. It was expected a room with 1 double bed and 2 single beds and a balcony. The sheets were not clean, the shower leaked.

Da premettere che non ho fatto in tempo nemmeno a vedere la struttura. Al momento del nostro arrivo salta fuori che hanno fatto un errore nella prenotazione e la camera risulta già occupata. Il gestore mi propone allora un'alternativa vantaggiosa, come dice lui, trattandosi di un appartamento presso un'altra sua "struttura". questo si rivela nei pressi di Lainate in una zona isolata e nel massimo degrado! l'appartamento è gestito dal vicino dirinpettaio di dubbia professionalità (non è da escludere che sia entrato in nostra assenza), scarno di qualsivoglia servizio (persino le lampade dei comodini erano finte non avendo prese disponibili su cui attaccarle), la tv non riceve il digitale terrestre nè altro tipo di segnale, acqua calda mancante in bagno e nessun condizionatore. abbiamo provato a contattare telefonicamente il gestore del Passion ma naturalmente non rispondeva al telefono. se non fosse stato per l'ora tarda, avendo tre bimbi, saremmo scappati di corsa....ah, naturalmente pagamento anticipato!! Sconsiglio vivamente di affidarsi a questi lestofanti.

Não é bom!

Hotel ao estilo MOTEL. Não era o que esperávamos. Banheiro minúsculo. Box idem. Sem portaria. Esperamos um tempão para fazer o check-in. O rapaz que nos atendeu não entendeu que já estava pago em outra moeda(real). Pareceu-me ser uma cooperativa pois, a cada momento havia um funcionário diferente. Não indico.

最低最悪です。絶対に利用しないでください！！！

日を空けて2泊予約しました。両日ともエクスペディア上ではきちんと予約済みと出ていました。 1泊目は「予約が出来ていない」文句あるならエクスペディアに言ってくれと言われました。 イタリアについた初日、小さな子を連れて夜9時を回っている状態だったのでなんとか頼み込んでようやく 泊めてもらうことができました。 その際、もう一泊も不安だったので確認した所「そちらの方は大丈夫だ！」と言ってたにも 関わらず、その日に言ってみるとやはり「予約が出来てないから今日は泊まれない 文句あるならエクスペディアに言ってくれの一点張り」この日は結局別のホテルを 急遽予約し直して泊まるしかありませんでした。 このやりとりも現地にはフロントスタッフがだれもいないので、躊躇半端な英語 しか話せない人との電話だけです。しかも気にらないと勝手に切ります。 本当にありえないホテルです。 エクスペディアがこのホテルの掲載を存続させるとしたらそれ自体考えられない話です。

Hôtel à éviter

Très déçu. Tout d'abord il a fallu que je téléphone pour qu'une personne vienne à la réception. Ensuite on a essayé de me faire payer la chambre alors qu'elle l'était déjà. En finalité le 1 € que je devais payer pour la taxe de séjour est monté à 4 €. Ce n'était pas simple à gérer car la personne à la réception était Ukrainienne et ne parlait pas Anglais. Ensuite j'ai découvert que la salle de bain était séparée de la chambre et pour m'y rendre il fallait traverser la salle de ... petit déjeuner ... Petit déjeuner qui n'existait pas (juste possibilité de prendre un café) alors que dans l'offre Hotels.com il était indiqué qu'il était inclus. Ensuite la chambre était en rez de rue, et comme la fenêtre était ancienne et non isolante j'ai profité de tous les bruits de la rue et de la voie de chemin de fer située à quelques dizaines de mètres. Bref à part le WIFI qui était Ok et la qualité du lit qui était correcte, tout les reste n'était vraiment pas top.

Awful

Stay away from this place! Instead of getting the room we had booked and paid for, the hotel provided us with a different room at another location of theirs, a bedroom in a shared apartment at the top floor of a dingy-looking apartment building with no elevator. This other location was a few kilometers away from the actual hotel. There was no reception desk of any kind. The internet did not work. The so-called breakfast constituted of some stale pre-packaged croissants and crackers, and a few pods for the coffee machine in the hallway. The room was full of half-broken mismatched furniture. Not at all what we had expected!

Su consiglio di mio figlio ho prenotato in questo B&B un po' troppo nascosto per quello che in realtà ha da offrire. Le camere sono estremamente pulite e funzionali, l'accoglienza è stata ottima e sorpresa gradita la colazione all'esterno.

Fuga romantica

Il letto a baldacchino ci ha colpiti subito, in una struttura in un luogo non esattamente turistico non ci saremmo assolutamente aspettati di trovare tanta cura e attenzione ai dettagli. Estremamente pulita la camera e molto gentile lo staff. Assolutamente da consigliare

La struttura si trova vicino alla stazione di Rho, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Il personale e cordiale e disponibile. Camera colorata e pulita. Colazione a buffet. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Un disastro TOTALE

Un disastro la camera non era prenotata anche se mieta stata confermata, l'ho saputo solo la sera quando mi stavo recando presso la struttura. La scarsissima professionalità del sito e del personale del b&b mi hanno creato molti problemi.

A éviter ...

Nous sommes déçus par les prestations médiocres de cet endroit. Les gérants qui vivent là ne parlent que l'italien et le moins que l'on puisse dire est qu'ils sont franchement antipathique. Ils ne disent pas bonjour (ni au revoir d'ailleurs) et sont bruyants à partir de 7h du matin. Pas de prise pour le sèche cheveux que j'avais amené donc la galère pour avoir l'air présentable ! L'hôtel est en travaux et les ouvriers sont la des 8h donc si vous sortez faire pipi ou autre le matin, vous tombez sur des gars qui travaillent et ne vous disent pas bonjour (décidément ). En fait pour être tranquille il faut s'en aller très vite de la! Petit déjeuner nullisime. Bref je ne recommande pas du tout
