Hostel standard. Very noisy!

I stayed on the 2nd floor, which felt like staying in a hostel, which was not what I was looking for. In general the room was clean and in decent shape. The staff was also very nice and friendly. The only issue was that there was absolutely no noise isolation. The door to the hallway was an old, paper thin wooden door, meaning that I heard every single noise from the hall. Also I heard everything from neighbouring rooms, i.e. coughing, talking, browsing reels. I barely got any sleep! Would not recommend this place unless you want to feel like you’re staying in a shared dorm.

Staff were lovely and the room was very clean and comfortable. Was quite a maze to get to the room or you had to dial to be let in to go the shorter way. You could also hear everything in the hallway like it was in your room.

This is not a hotel. More like a shelter in a dungeon. Fraudulently misrepresent on their website. Room assigned to us was nothing like what was advertised snd booked. I will not recommend this place for anyone to stay. Very dirty and unsafe

I arrived and had to pay upon. The price charged was higher than that quoted to me by Expedia. Though I showed my reservation, the hotel indicated I had to call Expedia on the issue and did not offer to call or try to find out what happened. I got to my room which was tiny - even by Euro standards and had no window (well a tiny window way 10 feet up). A bit depressing all around. Luckily I was only there for 10 hours....

Bella zona, stanze pulite

Bella zona, buona la pulizia, un po' macchinosa la gestione delle camere (alcune sono in un palazzo adiacente unito solo al terzo piano con quello della reception, si entra e si esce da un altro portone per fare prima suonando il citofono per rientrare). Comunque ottima sistemazione per un soggiorno veloce, zona viva e piacevole.

Vi hade bokat ett vanligt dubbelrum som på bilderna men fick istället en lägenhet utan fönster och hissen gick inte hela vägen upp, utan vi fick bära väskorna sista våningen. Det kändes väldigt instängt och vi var inte nöjda alls. Städning var bra men de fyllde inte på kaffe och te.

I give it a Six rating.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and minimal. However points off for the noise level. Music was playing loud for a Good two hours, it was coming from inside the hotel area, I suspect it was from the gym located inside the hotel. The walls are also paper thin, I could hear the guest next door having several passionate phone calls. Lastly, the parking onsite seemed expensive ($25), we did find parking on the busy street. Overall I rate this hotel a six (from a scale of to 10) and that’s because the staff was friendly.

Comodissima per visita presso l istituto Carlo Besta, vicinio alla metro. L unica pecca che si paga 4€ a notte per persona la tassa di soggiorno al di fuori della prenotazione. Specificare, anzi scrivere nei siti di prenotazione, che una volta effettuato il check out si paga la tassa di soggiorno. Il resto ok

Sono stato diverse volte in questo Hotel per motivi di lavoro. La mia esperienza è stata positiva, mentre le ultime volte la stanza assegnata si presentava differente da quanto pubblicato. Diciamo che a quel prezzo mi sarei aspettato una stanza migliore. Non è consigliato per chi ha problemi motori, le stanze sono posizionate su strutture diverse e a livelli diversi.

Molto particolare ma bello

Personale veramente tanto disponibile e gentile, ci siamo trovati benissimo. Buona posizione del hotel, vicino all’entrata della metropolitana zona sorprendentemente tranquilla. Camera molto ben organizzata e ariosa, con il soffitto molto alto, pulitissima. Due piccole pecche vista sulla strada e poca insonorizzazione, forse le porte sarebbero da rifare perché non danno l’idea di sicurezza, ma vista la gentilezza dello staff siamo rimasti molto contenti!
