The Sweetest Address

Easy, self check-in. Great location. Station, shopping, restaurants and bars, all just outside the gate, or a short walk away. Clean, fuss-free apartments. Would definitely stay here again next time I visit Milano. Lives up to its name.

Apartment ist schön und sauber. Sehr sehr laut am Wochenende da 3 Disco‘s in der nähe. Schlüssel Übergabe Katastrophe. Telefon nimmt niemand ab niemand war beider Reception. Haben fast 2h gewartet bis jemand gekommen ist.

Super place!!

This place i samazing. Although we arrived very late. email with everything about the place help us perfectly. The apartment was big and super value for the money. The building is super nice - connected witn local appartmentbuilding. Try to get apartment on the top floor, then you have acces directly to super rooftop terrace. The area is just amazing. right on a super nice street witn bars shopping and restaurants!! And no noice to the apartments though.Shopping and resturants loaded. Walkable distance to center of Milan. Perfect!

Ottima posizione

A parte l'arrivo dei codici di accesso un po' all'ultimo momento e il materasso non all'altezza del resto dell'arredamento e della dotazione dell'appartamento, tutto il resto è stato perfetto! Posizione in una delle zone più carine di Milano e a due passi dalla Stazione di P.ta Garibaldi.

Bellissima struttura in uno dei posti centrali e più esclusivi di Milano, a due passi dalla Metro Garibaldi. La mancanza di un numero di riferimento della struttura (l'unico presente è dell'ufficio di Padova che la gestisce, a cui non risponde quasi mai nessuno) rende la conferma di check-in molto preoccupante (fino a 24h prima xelarrivo pensavo di essere caduto in una truffa). La reception è aperta solo le prime ore del pomeriggio: ciò non rende agevole interfacciarsi. La biancheria non viene cambiata e, pur avendola richiesta, disposto a pagare un supplemento, non mi è stata consegnata: essendo rimasto nell'appartamento per cinque giorni e con umidità molto alta (l'impianto di climatizzazione a fancoil è insufficiente per raffreddare e deumificare nelle calde giornate estive) le asciugamani erano completame te zuppe). Nel complesso, però il giudizio è positivo e ci tornerei, semmai no in estate

Very good

The location is PERFECT. Next to metropolitan station, with restaurants just in front of the main entrance, easy to access with kids.... perfect. The only comment is that there are many things in the house that work electronically or with remote control, but they did not function properly, i.E. we could not set the temperature of the air condition. However we would choose again to stay in this accommodation.

Although the room have the appearance of a new and modern design, it lacks the basics such as toilet paper, enough coffee, soaps... However, the most disappointing aspect is their AC (very poor and lacking the option to manage it - haven't even tried their blanket because it was too hot at night), in addition to their constant absence (during a 4 day period i have seen someone at the desk only once). So, unless you like living in a sauna and don't mind there is no one to complain to, i would not recommend this place.

Worst experience and no customer service

The check in and customer service was the most terrible experience I’ve ever had traveling. After payment was received- then there are multiple steps that take significant time to do prior to check in. All because there is no personal service and it’s all automatic. The fraudulent part is that they stated with 24 hr notice an early check in was possible- but I was denied. I requested to drop off luggage 2 hours prior to check in and was adamantly refused. They stated they could not find any of my online information or city taxes payment through PayPal- which was clearly done and documented. The customer service was not helpful and pass the buck and took no responsibility. They were so disorganized and unable to find any of my emails stating the information- until the check in time. Due to this I had to pay an extra $40 to store my luggage at the train station and return to the train station to retrieve the luggage. It was a massive inconvenience and negated the reason I chose this property/location. There was literally a piece of left over feces in the toilet and what appeared to be pubic hairs in the bedroom. The air conditioning was locked and it was 77 degrees going to bed. We were locked out of the room at one point- the apartment is so technologically advanced that it has multiple issues when there are problems with it. The pros- are it is very spacious, secure, and a fabulous location. But definitely not worth it to me!!

Great location, 5 mins from Garibaldi station and on the vibrant Corso Como. Really clean and great amenities in the kitchen and bathroom. Downsides are that the bed wasn't very comfortable but fine for one night. Also the air conditioning was really poor, it did little to cool the room and the controls had been overridden so it wasn't possible to turn off the fan. So we had a really noisy fan running all night.

Mia figlia ha avuto una crisi di tosse dovuta alla polvere , ed era sotto il letto...tanta!!! Ho mandato un email direttamente a loro con le foto e non mi hanno mai risposto. Location perfetta come localizzazione , molto rumoroso durante la notte.

Appartement bien situé. Remis à neuf et propre Entrée peu commode. Accès uniquement par ascenseur, il existe un escalier mais les voisins refusent que l’on y passe. Appartement apparemment bien isolé, mais bruits de la discothèque d’à côté. Et vibrations importantes à chaque passage de métro. Aucun effort de au niveau de la réception. Nous avons envoyé Nos cartes d’identité , mais impossible de recevoir les d’accès. En conclusion rapport qualité pas satisfaisant.

Great standard but with inconvenient automati lock

The room was big, clean and comfy, but at night it’s a little bit loud - but it’s normal in the middle of downtown. There was one big problem with room - one day we came at night after walking at the city and the automatic door lock just didn’t work(they don’t give you keys to room, just code to electric lock) . We couldn’t get in to the room and there were no receptionists at this hour (half a midnight) but fortunately some staff has shown up and give us a keys to room about 15 minutes after we called the hotel and told them about this inconvenience.

Ein wirklich gut ausgestattetes Apartment. Nur die Badtür war leider sehr sehr schwergängig. Auf Fragen wurde schnell und ausführlich geantwortet und der check-in lief reibungslos. Das Apartment liegt unmittelbar in der Nähe eines Clubs und die U-Bahn ist deutlich hörbar...es könnte also manchen Leuten etwas zu laut sein. Insgesamt aber ein sehr nettes Apartment und ein freundliches und engagiertes Team.
