Centrally located a couple of blocks from the Duomo. Elegant decor and the peace and quite afforded by the limited number of rooms. Amazing staff!! Paulo is an extraordinary host!!! Excellent product! More intimate than a hotel, yet offering the conveniences of daily housekeeping if needed. Your own private condo in the center of Milan!

We were so close to the Duomo that we got to see it from our balcony. The staff spoke perfect English. We had an early check in which got disrupted with another itinerary but they were in constant contact with us which was spectacular

Have you met Paulo? My friend and I decided to start our vacation in Milan this year, and after serious deliberate research, selected Suite Milano Duomo as our first stop. The boutique suite was conveniently located in the heart of Milan. It was spacious, well maintained and our bonus was meeting Paulo. A personable yet professional concierge who totally made our trip to Milan even better. The superior double room with balcony was great on square footage for Europe and house keeping was done daily, keeps the place spotless. Paulo kept in touch from the time we left the US, to the time we checked out of Suite Milano this morning. He always responded to our inquiries with great knowledge and guidance going above and beyond in his actions and responses. More over Paulo was always considerate and professional in manner, making our stay even more enjoyable. We thank you Paulo and also to management for making the start of our vacation a beautiful one. PS: Happy Belayed Birthday, Paulo.

Not recommended, rude staff, inflexible with our needs, no empathy at all. By far my worst experience of all the 8 different hotels I stayed in Italy. It feels like they only want to take out your money. Not recommended.

Leonardo was a fantastic host and Christopher was excellent as well helping us while we stayed there. The property is a few steps from the Cathedral of Milan which is in the middle.of the historic center. The room was immaculate, very elegant, and super reasonable pricing. I was super happy with them and so was my wife as we had to change plans at the last minute from Venize to Milan due to the flooding in Venice. Leonardo and Chris: Grazie Mile! Il Albergo increible!!!!

Everything was nice. But, you didn't have an adapter in the room. We couldn't charge our cel phone because there wasn't an adapter to plug our phone and charge it.

This property is brilliant, from before our arrival to the second we left Leonardo was a jem. To the cozyness of the room and the distance to all the main attractions my god its perfect. Location ✔️ Transport ✔️ Hopitality ✔️ Over all stay amazing.

A night in Milan
Just a one night stay but it was a great location for the cathedral, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele and we were quite happy with the restaurant that we just walked into. The room was secure, clean and modern - very nice.

Very convenient walking distance to all city center activities and landmarks and to some excellent restaurants. Paulo and Christopher, the 'in house staff' were exceptionally friendly, helpful and available, including meeting us at the door for check-in, making sure we had everything we needed and providing great tips for seeing the area. Despite being center city, the apartment was very quiet at night. It was spotless, exactly as pictured, safe and secure, and had excellent wi fi and hot water.

The important thing to know is that this is NOT A HOTEL. It's a super stylish set of re-purposed rooms on a random floor of an excellently located office building. It is very nice-- if you just want a fairly private room/apt type experience-- as long as you know it isn't a hotel. Our flights were delayed, and check-in after 8pm is super difficult. After 10pm it is impossible. We were told the keys would be at the 'bar' next door (it's not a bar, it's a cafe)-- which doesn't show up in either google maps or uber-- the same name "bar" actually shows up across town, which is where we ended up before getting redirected. Basically a super hassle to check-in, which, despite the lovely accomodation, staff who attempted to be pleasant and accomodating, soured much of our brief stay. Location great. Facilities and rooms very large for Europe. If you don't need the full hotel amenities (like being open all the time)- it's a lovely place. If you do, go elsewhere.

Excellent location
This hotel is at an excellent location by the Duomo with lot of shopping and dining options and cafes right by the hotel. However, this is not your typical hotel with a lobby and staff or reception or concierge, hence was a bit confusing to locate.

Great rooms close to Duomo di Milano and shopping.
Suite Milano has very luxurious and quiet rooms very close to the Piazza del Duomo and the Galleria Vittorio Emanuelle shopping centre, only about a two or three minute walk away down the street. Close to public transport and a number of good restaurants and cafes. Would stay there again.

This is a block from the Duomo, Gallaria, 2 blocks from La Scaila. Perfect. Parking underground is at the door. Absolutely perfect. The staff from Paul to Leonardo are top drawer. Only down side, hard to find.

Close to Duomo
This is not a hotel, the rooms are on the sixth floor of a commercial building. The rooms are clean and well maintained, the AC worked beautifully. I didn't like the fact of carrying 4 keys with me, one for the front door downstairs, one for the door on the sixth floor , one for your room and the last one for the safe. I found this combersome . But it's close to the Duomo so a great location.
