It is worth the registration process to be able to stay at this property. It is an excellent place to stay and the location is beyond excellent for being in the city center. I will return!

Great location, very central for shopping and 5 minute walk to Duomo. Metro line a block away. A bit noisy - bedroom faces street - but it’s quiet at night / retail shops. Roomy flat, and a small balcony to enjoy the street life. Highly recommend.

It was amazing, seemless ch ckin with codes. Very clean and cute apartment with lots of windows and air conditioning, very clean and well maintained. The shower was super small though, there was no Paper Towel in the kitchen or washroom and no kleenex/ soft Tissue Box and not enough toilet paper provided - just 2 rolls for a 2 person accommodation for 4 nights! This is not adequate. I emailed for more and they added 2 more toilet roles the next day. But no paper towel and no tissue. Because there was no paper towel, it was not possible to wipe counters after use for a long term stay. This is not a hotel and there was no concierge. The phone lines and office is closed after 9 pm and on weekends. There is no chat feature, just email so need to email them in advance. They are responsive but can improve as we did not where to store our luggage on last day and they did not reply till couple hours later and phone line was closed on sunday. The elevator was stuck on the third floor twice! I did not know where the stairs were from the ground floor, luckily my husbad was already up that day so I asked my husband to go from fourth floor to the third floor as he could see the stairs to go shut the 3rd floor elevator. as the 3rd floor elevator door would not close completely behind the people who exit on 3rd floor, it would get stuck before closing and needs greasing and the 3rd floor residents kept leaving it ajar behind them. So in that case if the office is closed - NO HELP.

I was so disappointed by their service and response to my complaints. While I was staying there, the first two nights were perfect, and then starting the third day, nonstop construction with unbearable noise starting from 7am till 5pm. And it lasted for 3 days straight till the day I left. I had terrible sleep and terrible environment for literally doing anything in the apartment. I had to work and take some meetings during the day. And it had become such a pain. I complained to them from day 1 and everyday since then, no response from them whatsoever. After my stay, I contacted Expedia and had them help me advocate. Expedia did a terrific job advocating for me, however the property manager declined my partial refund request saying I didn’t raise the complain during the stay. I literally sent them the screenshot of all the messages I’ve sent them!! What a lame excuse. Anyways, I didn’t get any money back. And I would not stay there again.

The apartment had nice decor and good location but it wasn’t equipped. The check in process is lengthy with conflicting information about location of check in being different from the home. I reached out to the concierge before checkin with my email to send the link and it was never sent until I had to call 10 minutes before check in. I booked for 2 people for the second sleeping option but only 1 blanket was provided. The apartment was not equipped with anything but the bare minimum. No coffee, no detergent, no blankets for the other sleeping accommodation. Despite having the air conditioner on, the air was humid and the apartment was hot. We ended up having to open the windows. For the cost, taxes and additional fees, I wouldn’t recommend this accommodation.

The staff were super helpful when I had questions to ask. The place itself felt cozy to me. It had all the basics like a microwave a stove and even a washing machine. I'm a pretty quiet guy so having such a cozy little home was truly relaxing. Also won't lie it was pretty cool using a code to enter my room it was awesome!

Me pareció un lugar muy acogedor y bien diseñado para los turistas. Todo te lo enviar vía electrónica y cuando llegas al sitio ya tienes tus claves de acceso y no necesitas a nadie para que te den tu habitación. La habitación muy bien con su sala y su siga que puedes usar como segunda opción de cama. Refrigerador y cocina nuevos prácticamente. El centro de lavado me llamó la atención el tamaño y lo bien que funciona. Te dejan hasta el jabón. Botiquín de primeros auxilios muy bien y completo. Me encantó el lugar que este en el centro.

Me gustó la cercanía a las zonas comerciales, una propiedad con gran propuesta de diseño y ubicación, desde que llegas te das cuenta que es un sitio pensado y con buen gusto. Una gran recomendación si te gusta caminar y estar cerca del bullicio, pero lo suficiente tranquilo para descansar de verdad.

Très décevant

Il nous a fallu plus d'une heure et demie pour trouver le lieu du chekh in En arrivant à l'appartement le micro onde était sale la poubelle de la salle de bain non vidée nous étions 3 il y avait des draps pour 2 et ça n'avait rien à voir avec les photos du site, les fenêtres donnaient sur le palier et c'était très bruyant. Donc très déçue la seule chose bien la localisation pour les visites.
