Lovely helpful staff

I didn't actually get to stay in the hotel because the people who stayed in the room wrecked it. The staff were fantastic, they booked me into a different hotel in an upgraded room which they paid for and the owner drove me there in his car. I went back to the Ibis for breakfast as i wanted them to get my custom. They were fantastic and offered to hold my luggage if I needed them to. When I come back to Milan I will try to stay in this hotel again as what I saw of it looked amazing

Pros. Staff was polite. Most things were within walking distance. Main train station 15 min walk. Metro was 2 min. Would stay here again. Cons. Shampoo was never refilled.

Hotel in a convenient location, close to a metro, plus shops and eateries. The room we were allocated was spacious with a mezzanine level. Although the bathroom had a very odd design with a toilet where your legs had to fit under a huge sink in front. Not sure if this was normal throughout the hotel or just to the ground floor rooms. Breakfast was nice with plenty of continental options plus some hot options like bacon, sausages and scrambled eggs. If I was being fussy some more veggie options would have been nice but this is Italy.

Hotel and room were clean with modern decor. The breakfast that was listed as “included” when I booked the hotel was offered to us for an additional charge. That was very disappointing as it felt like a bait and switch. Location was good as it was just a couple of minutes to shopping and 10-15 to central station.

Milano Centrale Station is within walking distance from the Ibis Styles hotel, there is no need to take Uber to go to the Malpensa airport or from Malpensa to Ibis hotel. DON’T waste your money just take the train. LIMA metro station is on the same block. All receptionists were very kind and helpful. I don’t see myself staying at another hotel, this will definitely be my house, I will never hesitate to recommend it to friends and relatives.

5/5 rating for the money, room was great. Mini fridge included in the room to refrigerate food/drinks Sometimes the flush didn’t work, and the door had to opened for it to be activated. The lights were slightly confusing and bring the correct adaptor! (Although you can borrow from reception). Great location ! Less than a minute walk to the metro which is 3 stops away from Duomo Would come back smile🙂

Good location and area

The hotel is in an excellent location with very easy access to the train station and lots of excellent food. Our room was small but it was as I’d expect for the price we paid. The rooms were very clean and the staff were all friendly and helpful! The only issue was the temperature of the rooms, our room was extremely hot and I was informed that the aircon could only be used if the outside temp is over 21 degrees. The temperature was exactly 21 degrees but our room was considerably warmer! It was quite uncomfortable. I tried it the next day when it was 23 degrees but I still couldn’t get it to work. For this reason I probably would not stay there again just as I want to be as comfortable as possible on holiday. But other than that I had no issues. Great for winter travel!

Great Hotel, Great Location, Lovely Friendly Staff

Loved it. The room was clean. Private. The staff were friendly. Ordered taxis when required. Which didn’t take long. Breakfast was amazing. The eggs and bacon were superb! Usually eggs in most hotels can be horrible to eat. The scrambled eggs were top! This hotel is in a great location too. You can drop your bags off securely in your room and take a short walk to Lima Subway. Which will then take you to some great places. We found the easiest way to get to this hotel via Milano Linate airport is via the subway. We changed once from the airport station and were at Lima station in total time of 20 mins!! We will definitely stay there again. Thank you for a wonderful stay :)
