The rate of the hotel is fair and it is far away from Milan. It is average stay and good breakfast. We cut this stay short and left to another hotel.

This property was not where we needed to be to visit Milan. It is on a commuter and bus line that is on the other side of a very busy divided highway. The decor is very dated. It had a vintage hairdryer on the wall. Over all it is clean, but we were not comfortable. We checked out and rebooked in Milan Center.

There was a lot of difference between the photos and the facilities, and it doesn't look like a four-star hotel. There were no slippers, no manicures in the room. The bathroom was too small for adults to use. And there was no electric kettle in the hotel, so I had to bring a cup of hot water to a paper cup. I don't recommend it.

Horrible experience. Seems like a 50 year old property with horrible bathrooms, no amenities, no parking and bad service. They claimed that 1 child stays free but at check-in they came up with a 3 year age limit and ending up charging me extra for the child.

The hotel doesn't have bar or restaurant. The transport is available only during day until 21:00. The fridge didn't work properly so we can't get cold drinks and the air conditioning also. There was 26- 27 degrees outside.

Stayed for two nights, First night tired from traveling, webt straight to bed , woke up both of us bitten from mosquitoes, (all windows closed) FIrst thing in a morning made a complain at reception, she gave me mosquito repelent.to put on wall outlet. Even that i choose to do payment when i stay ,my credit card was charged for one night before i checked in. Receptionist told me that its only pre authorisation. I showed to her thay its not pre authorisation but charge. Next day when i checked out i was charged again full price for two nights, again i showed both transfers she told me that during the day first transfer will be returned to me, but still nothing. I wrote email to hotel and they wrote me back that it takes from 72h to 21 days. It showes 4 star hotel but 1 star its more than enough.

Ho utilizzato questo hotel perché vicino ad un concerto: comodo, anche se non ha parcheggio privato, la zona è un po così, diciamo, poco affidabile però la camera era molto carina. Per chi ha necessità di appoggio nei dintorni di Milano è consigliato!
