We made the sad mistake of staying at this property for 2 days. There was barely any room for our suitcases in the room and we were basically playing Tetris trying to walk around the limited space. When the AC was off, the room was boiling, but when it was on, the room was freezing cold and made our congestion worse. The view from the balcony was nice, but I would otherwise avoid at all costs. No elevator either, so we had to lug the bags up the stairs on our own to check in.

Noisey sweat box ☹️

Lovely people, great location but 1) no air con 2) courtyard in middle of hotel very noisy with deliveries starting at 6am 3)courtyard bakes all day in the heat, so room doesn't cool down at night (see 1 above) 4) no curtains and only 1 shutter closed so the whole hotel could see in my room all night. Wouldn't recommend, sorry.

Guter Stadort Basis Hotel

Super Standort viele Läden wie Callipo oder Upim genau gegenüber oder direkt daneben U Bahn nur 200m entfernt. Hotel selbst ist ok , sauber, nett, es ist über einen Innenhof erreichbar und liegt im 2. Stock. Zimmer EZ war ok aber mehr auch nicht. Hotel ist für 65 Euro >> ok

I booked this hotel for business travel for two colleagues visiting a conference in Milano. Don't book this hotel. They withdrew random amounts from the corporate credit card that can't be reconciled creating accounting and compliance problems. They refuse to help to reconcile the amounts. These random amounts triggered an auto-cancellation. Due to the busy nature of the conference prices went up quickly leading to about 400 EUR in extra cost. Then they requested my colleague to use a different card in the hotel with the effect that now the costs are even further separated. Terrible experience. Never again.

Près du métro, sécuritaire, tout prêt de bon resto, personnel parfait sauf un je crois qu'il travaillait la mais il prenait la petite espace de la salle a mangé pour son bureaux et il parlait tres fort au téléphone tres impolis. Immeuble vieux mal insonorisé deux lits simples pour faire un double plutot un deux etoiles

È un hotel molto pratico, però la "colazione" non è assolutamente da prendere in consoderazione. È molto meglio fare colazione in uno dei tanti bar presenti nel quartiere

I had a terrible experience and never before did i not feel safe at a hotel. It was hard to access it, the parking garage was closed, the distance to bring the luggage and stair cases were inconvenient to say the least, the rooms were very small, one of them dirty and smelled moldy, the other one cold, paper thin walls we could hear other people and cars nearby, hard beds uncomfortable, toilet water running all night. Worst part, when I asked for a refund of susbequent nights so that i could go elsewhere i was advised to have my lawyer contact their legal office. I am afraid i will never see money back but had to leave this terrible hotel. My family and I didnt feel safe.
