Staff is very helpful and informative. They helped us set up shuttle service to the airport and gave us good information about dinner and breakfast options. This is one of the best Holiday Inn Express hotels I’ve been in.

The Holiday Inn express was very close to the airport, and the shuttle was easy to take to and from the airport. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly.

Our room was clean and bright. Very quiet considering the distance from the airport. The breakfast had excellent variety and quality. Only downside is the necessity of taxi or shuttle to get to and from the airport. The walk has no sidewalks. The taxi was 20 euros and the shuttle 15. Overall cost still very reasonable.

Gabriel was so kind and gave us very good information on where to go to ski we are in the restaurant 2 separate nights for dinner. Each night there were 2 different young men who were very good and kind although we had the same female (red hair) each of the nights and felt she was extremely rude even thou we tipped her well both notes she still was rude. 2 other tables sitting near us both commented to us that they also felt like we were all a burden to her otherwise entire staff was most pleasant. There were roaches in my bathroom. No hot water in the shower. The morning reception was nice and helpful, the one at night, not so much. I would pick this hotel only if there was no other choice and perhaps it would even be nicer to sleep at the airport floor.

We could not get a taxi to take us to the motel from the airport because they said we had to take a shuttle. We had no idea where to find the shuttle so we called the motel. A bus came along and we got on not knowing where we were going. My husband asked the driver when he made his second stop and told us to get out and walk. It was the middle of nowhere and pouring rain. We ended up walking about 5 minutes and found the motel. The room was very nice,but an alarm went off at 10:25pm for half an hour. We were assured it wasn't the fire alarm. It was so loud that people were in and out of their rooms trying to figure out what to do. We ended up booking and paying for their private shuttle the next morning to go back to the airport so we wouldn't have to wait at the side of the road for the bus

Close Comfort
Amazingly close to the airport via a free airport shuttle that runs every 15 mins. Walk from shuttle stop to the hotel was about 10 minutes. I walked from the shuttle stop after sunset and it was perfectly safe. Very nice restaurant in the hotel and others around the hotel. Excellent breakfast was included. Friendly staff at registration, the bar and in the restaurant.

Great Last night HOTEL stay when returning to USA
My husband and I go to Italy every year to see family and find time to venture to new locations on our own for a romantic get-away. The staff were lovely, the hotel is being refurbished and we had a newly refurbished room, the receptionist explained that we would need to walk through ‘works’ to get to our you and offered to change if we weren’t happy. The work didn’t bother us, the room was clean and comfortable.

hotel should provide shuttle to airport - not directions to a bus 1/4 mile away. will never go to this hotel again!

Dear StevenWe have the shuttle and it is a private service for a fee. It costs 15.00 per room and is bookable.There is a free public shuttle but the stop is 300 meters away. You have to walk a little bit but the distance is really short.Sorry that for a few steps to a free public bus you reviewed the hotel negatively.
