Smart hotel with excellent staff to assist. Sofia on reception was exceptionally helpful when there was a train strike, ensuring we could get back to the airport. Very clean, spacious room with great en suite.

Nice hotel, room comfortable, clean but sparse. The lady who did my check in was lovely but day staff were pretty unhelpful. Polite but uninterested in my questions apart from basic answers

The location is the GOOD part: walking distance from several restaurants, bars, and a shopping center. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. However, it smelled very musty in the room every time we entered it. As a result most of the time we would leave the window open.

Well can I say. We’ve been back a week from this hotel after booking it for my wife’s birthday and our anniversary. The staff at the hotel in particular Anna and lorenzo had clear communications with me from the off. On arrival the check in very smooth everything explained. As we got the room the room was well presented with balloons chocolates roses and bubbles. When we return I will definitely be booking this hotel again

We came for a night to watch AC Milan and stayed here. Receptionist that checked us in was very friendly and gave us our room 2 hours before official check-in. Hotel and room were clean and tidy, shower and toilet were immaculate, the former worked well also. Very convenient for travelling as it was a few mins walk away from the metro line. Would definitely stay again if I visited Milan or went to the San Siro again

I missed a good breakfast. I like in the morning to go down from room an dhave at least egs or pancakes. This is the only reason from my 4 stars. Oh , and missing closet in the room. Overall bathroom and toilet were excellent. The hotel is very very clean .

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Great location with easy access anywhere, the staff I interacted with were nice, room was tiny but that was expected and since I was alone this did not matter. Comfortable bed, great shower, clean and pretty modern/new. My only complaint is the room has too many of those tiny lights everywhere (fire alarm, smoke detector (blinking) TV, room card slot (bright green or red light that lit up the entire room), so the room is not completely dark at night, for those that are bothered by it (like me) this was annoying, also the A/C, if one has it set to a low temperature, it kicks in every few minutes, which woke me up several times. But I’d stay here again!

Check-in staff were pleasant and efficient I'd unwittingly booked an accessible room as a last-min bargain. The shower curtain didn't stop the spray from getting across much of the ensuite area. There were a couple of hairs from at least two other people in the bathroom. Carrefour two doors down the street is handy

I had an amazing stay at heart hotel Milano this week, the room was modern and gorgeous, the bathroom was big and clean, and there was a lift too. The staff were so friendly and always at reception to say hello when we came in, they even have a page with a barcode to scan which tells you the staffs favourite local food spots. The beds were comfortable and when we asked for extra pillows and towels we were given them by the time we got back to the hotel after exploring the city. It is a bit far from duomo, but the metro is a 5 minute walk from the hotel and there's a tram opposite the hotel too. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning on staying in milan.
