The design of the rooms are nice and specious and location is nice. However, the hotel is located in a crowded area so it is not possible to leave your windows open. It’s very load and on our trip AC wasn’t available even though it’s listed that they have AC. It was nearly 80 degrees and we couldn’t open the windows due to noise and with AC not working it was incredibly uncomfortable. Also the hotel was under construction, we couldn’t use the main lobby until our last day.

Only the location is good. Air Conditioning was broken and did not work for the whole stay. The staff for the first couple of days told us that this is the requirement of the city of Milan but we asked friends who stayed at other hotels and told us that their AC is working. They then told us that the AC is broken and under repair. The reception was under construction for the first 3 days and we had to use the service elevator. The "upgarded suite" was terrible with sticky plastic floors and old furniture. We required to go to a normal room that was in a better condition. They kept resisting for 2 days and then moved us when we made a fuss about it.

We had sleepless nights in this hotel because the AC doesn’t work. It was 80F (27C) in the room which made It impossible to be in the room or sleep! When we tried to talk with the front desk they were of no help and basically told us to deal with it. They blamed the infrastructure in the city of Milano and said no hotel has AC this time of year, which is a joke. Why didn’t they tell us at checkin. They said to open the windows but then mosquitoes came in and buzzed/bit us all night. Again, the hotel staff does nothing to help the situation and should really be sent back to hospitality school. As a Premium VIP member, no complimentary room upgrade or wine was offered as stated in the booking. I can understand they didn’t have any rooms left to upgrade but did they run out of wine too in Milan? Stay far away from this place!!

The only issue I had at check-in was the fact the hotel was refurbishing the reception and this was not notified until the day before arriving even though the refurb had been active for many weeks. Otherwise the hotel was perfect- 10/10 for Location, Staff, and the room. We will return to the hotel and I would recommend it to friends.

Excellent stay! As a solo traveler I felt welcomed and very safe. This was my 3rd stay in Milan and I’ve found my new favorite place to stay. Very close to shopping, restaurants, metro and everything. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Very good room, great location. It was the most expensive hotel of my trip but for me it was worth it because I was there only for a day and the location was amazing. Next to everything , very convenient, next to Duomo, lots of restaurants nearby + shopping

The property is inside the ZTL zone so have to be careful if driving into Milan. Before arrival the hotel said they will help to settle the ZTL but it is better to find out before and buy the pass before arrival. The car park nearby is within walking distance. The room with kitchenette is great for family. The location is literally next to the Duomo so easy to visit and do shopping. There are great toiletries as well.

Very good location relative to the local hilite sites and shopping opportunities. A reasonable walk to get to the "Fashion District". Front office/reception staff were very helpful and courteous.

The location for this property is excellent, it is close to Duomo, shopping, subway station and a lot of eateries. The hotel is on the noisy side, during my 8 day stay, the store downstairs was doing renovation, and there was banging noise for many hours during the day. The street in front of the hotel was resurfaced during my stay, and it added extra noise. Of course, all of these was out of the control of the hotel management. The room is spacious, however, I think the room can be more functional if there is an extra table. I made a request to have an extra table and a table was moved to my room after a couple of days. I am glad that the front desk team did try to respond to my needs. Overall, I think there are more pluses than minuses, this hotel meets most of my need during my travel.

This is our 4th stay at this hotel since 2018. It has been refurbished/renovated to a beautiful state and seems to be continuously upgraded. Emmanuele at the reception was very friendly and helpful. Very good location in Duomo area with all necessary facilities.

Then property was amazingly clean, the staff great and wonderfully located. However, there was a mosquito problem and after a third night of getting bitten, we asked for our room to be sprayed, which they said would be done when the room was serviced. That evening, it was as if this had not been done as we killed 11 before going to be (a claimed kill had to have a body and in many cases blood) and the next morning we killed 2 more. I gather from reception that this was a known problem.

This place was amazing . Loved it Only downside was receptionist forget to tell ha when he booked our pick up taxi in the morning that the city was going to be closed down due to a marathon , we didn’t know that. And we came down for the taxi and was just told the taxi can’t come because roads are closed . Almost cost us to miss our trains out of Milan . Would have been an expensive experience . Needless to say, everything else was just perfect
