BEST HOSTEL BY FAR IN MILAN

This place isn’t called city center best hostel for no reason, the staff was very helpful with finding amazing food and places to visit. It was very comfortable sleeping there alone and the whole area was clean, including the 2 bathroom, kitchen, living room, and bed. 5 star recommendation for this hostel while in Milan

The staff was friendly and helpful, however, we would have liked to be informed in advance that we had to bring our own towels. Also, a 24 h in advance cancelling notice would have been appreciated instead of the 7 days in advance cancelling notice.

ミラノからローマの鉄道が早朝だった為、一泊のみ利用でした。ラグジュアリーなホテルは求めていないので、立地条件を含め、とても快適・清潔でした。オーナーの女性も丁寧な対応でした。相部屋なので、他の旅行者に若干、気配りは必要ですが、それほどではありません。旅慣れた方は便利なホテルだと思います。

O hostel tem uma localização ótima e o atendimento da Tatiana foi incrível. O hostel é simples e ok, mas infelizmente acho que a falta de banheiros pesou um pouco pra mim, achei um pouco complicado de manhã porque só tem dois banheiros e você tem que esperar muito pra conseguir tomar um banho.

호텔이 아닌 게스트하우스

호텔인 줄 알았는데 게스트 하우스 느낌의 숙소였습니다! 직원분들이 엄청 친절해서 좋았으나 도미토리 형식의 숙소라서 조금 불편했습니다. 게스트하우스를 좋아하신다면 추천이지만 화장실과 침대, 침구류의 청결도는 다소 떨어지니.. 민감하신 분들은 비추천입니다. 남자와 여자가 같은 숙소를 사용한다니 참고하세요~

Infelizmente minha estadia não foi das melhores, o hotel anunciou na plataforma q tinha um quarto com banheiro privativo, no entanto chegando ao hotel foi me informado q isso não existia no hotel, infelizmente isso trás uma sensação de ser enganado. Além q que o primeiro atendimento foi péssimo, infelizmente já tínhamos um problema e fomos mal atendidos. Após isso o atendimento de outros funcionários foi muito melhor e entenderam nossa situação e nos deram um reembolso de 30 euros, infelizmente o hotel no foi transparente na descrição. No entanto tem ótima localização.

ドリトミー様式で色々細かいルールがありますが、快適に過ごしてもらいたいと言う宿主の敬意を感じます。 最初、「どこにあるんだ？」と地図と睨めっこでしたが、何気に便利な場所に位置しています。 「同居人」にもよりますが、割り切れば良い宿かも知れません。 唯一難点なのが、玄関のロックの対応かな。

L'établissement est ancien et peu d'investissements ont été réalisés pour le rénover. Les installations sont propres mais tout semble très adapté et désorganisé. Les planchers et les portes font beaucoup de bruit, ce qui nuit au sommeil. Il n'y a pas de clé pour entrer, il faut donc sonner à chaque fois. La réceptionniste Emily a été formidable.
