The apartment is a little run down, but pretty spacious. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and made check-in easy. The apartment is in the middle of the downtown pedestrian area, so it’s pretty loud at night. The staff provided ear plugs, which were much appreciated. You can’t beat the location for access to shopping, museums, and the Duomo.

Very friendly. Little tricky to find but eventually after circling the block discovered it. The bedding was minimal and a little cold so be aware and can be a little noisy with the trams at night but overall positive experience.
