Was running late for my scheduled checkin time and the staff called me to make sure everything was okay and to help guide me through the process. View can’t be beat, room was great, overall the property is perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

Chegamos cedo e não tinha ninguém para orientar e nem na recepção do prédio. Não tinha indicação do andar, não era possível guardar as melas no local e o elevador é bem antigo. Logo na chegada tivemos que subir alguns degraus com a mala grande pois não há rampa. Não indico nem pelo preço e nem pela localização, pois há vários hotéis semelhantes no entorno com preço semelhante também. A experiência foi horrível e tivemos inclusive que pagar outro hotel.

Excellent view of the Duomo but unfortunately that’s where the positive review ends. There is no reception at all, check in is completely virtual and confusing, and they don’t answer the provided number reliably despite instructions telling you to call on arrival. Text messaging on WhatsApp is delayed. It’s just an unprofessional arrangement. The units are on the 5th floor with an extremely small elevator which was regularly stuck at another floor due to someone leaving the door open. So be prepared to go up or down that many flights with your luggage. The breakfast is a limited menu at a tourist trap nearby with 2.4/5 star overall review. And they don’t make it easy for you to clarify the location. Finally, the air conditioning is awful. We complained and they said it was working appropriately but with the heat wave it just couldn’t keep up. However, we were in Italy for 2 weeks throughout the heat wave and stayed at many other places with much better AC. I should add that after much arguing they did finally give us around a 40% refund for one night because of this. It’s just frankly not worth the price. I would not stay there again.

I loved my stay at Amabilia. It felt like an oasis in the middle of a bustling area. The location can't be beat and my room was quiet, comfortable and relaxing. It was like having a private apartment in the center of Milan. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Great room in a great location. It was just challenging to get in contact with the host to let us in. I think there’s room for improvement in that process. Other than that, it was great! There’s also a cute elevator, so you don’t have to climb 4 flights of stairs. Overall, I recommend.

Our stay at this property was absolutely fantastic! The location, right in front of the Duomo, is truly amazing, allowing us to explore Milan on foot without relying on any transportation. Moreover, for travelers using the airport, there's a convenient metro entrance just across the street. The room was nothing short of awesome, giving us the feeling of living in an exclusive apartment. We highly recommend this accommodation for an unforgettable experience in Milan!

Amazing location with view of the Duomo Cathedral. Extremely modern spacious suite with antique touches. The antique lift is wonderful to bring luggage up to the suite. The common area is beautiful. Great communication through WhatsApp with host. The suite is extremely quiet with the shutters & black out drapes. Radio Italia was in the Duomo Square the night we stayed & we had a great view of the concert.
