Nice hotel, good staff, but some improvements
We stayed here for a week and it was great place to relax. This is an absolutely amazing Villa Property the only problem is the proximity to attractions in the area I highly recommend staying here if you want a relaxing Family Vacation or intimate Couples location

Staff are rude, threaten us not to make any stains on towels, no AC in the first 6 hours, no TV instructions with external device attached to TV. Front desk are unfriendly, not enough glasses, cups than for 3 people room. I will not come back, and not recommend this hotel to anyone.
