「This place feels, very much, like some family's cabin renovated to be a B&B--though I never had much personal interaction with the staff other than when they delivered the included breakfast each morning. Everything was pretty much handled by phone/email/text and check in was basically nonexistent: go to your room & you're registered. The property was nice, but it looks like it could benefit from a lot of attention to the landscaping. That said, I enjoyed a little time in the two garden spaces...

「This is the most rubbish hotel I have ever stayed in. When I entered the room, there were fingernails on the bedside table and a big spider web on the ceiling. Breakfast doesn't seem to belong to the hotel, it seems to be outsourced to private people, and it tastes terrible. It's just rubbish. What impressed me the most was a staff member at the front desk, whose name was Ricky. He was very nice, friendly and patient. Your hotel has such staff, which is your greatest treasure.」

「We have stayed here many times. Love the peaceful nature of the property and being right on the Sacramento River. They are constantly doing upgrades to the rooms and landscaping, and it looks wonderful. Staff was friendly and accommodating and the rooms are clean. Will definitely be back. 」
