We couldn't ask for a refund until the manager arrived back at the hotel the next morning. I've just decided it's better to go with hotel chains that are well-known for being great hotels. "

The location near walkable restaurants and grocery stores was much appreciated. The only con we saw was that the Kimball Junction shuttle at the hotel didn't start running until 9 AM so if you wanted to catch a bus to the ski areas early, you'd have to walk to the Transit Center.
