"The hotel location was good! However I was with my two teenagers and they had to see all the people around the hotel drunk, smoking and throw all the garbages and ashes right beside the hotel. I hope somehow the hotel and the bar collaborate to clean around the hotel everyday. "

"I booked this hotel specifically for the 4:00am airport shuttle. I called one week before my arrival to book the airport shuttle for 4:00am to make it for my flight! When I checked into the hotel the front desk attendant confirmed my 4:00am airport shuttle. Then on the morning of, there was a different front desk attendant to which he said there is no record of the airport shuttle booking and did not try and help resolve the situation in anyway. The agent really did not care at all to help out a stressed client. I paid for and arranged an Uber myself. This hotel turned out to be unreliable and I regret staying there. "
