On staff...at gift store and information desk they seemed very annoyed to have to help you, but check in and out were easy and bartenders at EP's very friendly and fun."

"The HU. Hotel is definitely below standards for the price. There are no amenities in the room (not even a ice bucket). However the staff from the front desk personnel, houseman, concierge we all great with exceptional personalities and positive attitudes. It was because of the staff my hotel stay there was pleasant."

"The toilet seat in the bathrooms was too thin and uncomfortable. It felt like you would sink into the bowl. This can be corrected by Holiday Inn. The food service was good but there were few options for vegans. Oatmeal would be a nice complement."
