From the initial greeting of someone to help with our luggage through the rest of our 4-day stay, we were pleasantly surprised with the courtesy and thoughtfulness of the staff. The room was clean and well maintained, but it was the people who were the number one reason we'll go back. The blonde lady at the desk, the talented breakfast preparer, the room service attendants--all of them made a not so pleasant (surgery) reason to be there much better. We will certainly return on future trips to Anchorage."
