I had the most wonderful stay here! My boyfriend and I came for my birthday weekend. The atmosphere of the inn was very welcoming and easy going. Super close to Newport just a 5 minute Uber. Even some good spots right by the inn!! only reason I have it a 4 for cleanliness was there was some used joints on our balcony and would’ve loved a chair or piece of furniture out there to sit on to enjoy the view! We’ll be back!

Very clean and great location! The owners are very nice and have done a great job with this place. Yiayia’s cafe is great for breakfast and coffee. Downtown is less than 10 minutes away too.

Excellent stay close to Newport, away from crowds
From the minute we entered the hotel, we felt as if we were visiting with old family friends. The place is spotless, tastefully decorated and welcoming. The entire staff and owners, a husband and wife team from Greece are warm, friendly and gracious hosts. Our room was simple, comfortable and squeaky clean. The food in the small cafe was great, especially the homemade Greek dishes.

This is an amazing Inn convenient to everything. The owners make you feel welcome and right at home. Very clean and everything is updated Beaches in walking and driving distance. Close enough to downtown Newport and other Newport experiences. It is on a main road, but you forget about that as soon as you enter the Inn. Definitely will recommend, and will be back next year!!

Upon our arrival we were greeted with a smile from the inn’s owner. Our room was just as the website pictures indicated: clean, comfortable, and cozy. Sea Breeze is a great location because it is close to the beach and a short drive to see the historic mansions. Each morning our day started off with a delicious complimentary breakfast. The waitresses were so welcoming that they made us feel like we gained a new best friend. When our evenings concluded, we went on the balcony (attached to it room) to take in the day’s adventures and enjoy the ocean bay view. We highly recommend Sea Breeze Inn and hope to visit again!

My friends and I stayed at the Sea Breeze Inn for a long weekend. We can’t say enough good things about the staff and the property. It’s incredibly clean throughout. The staff is beyond accommodating, helpful and kind. The breakfast was healthy and delicious. They even have good coffee! The location couldn’t have been better for us. Just a quick five minute drive from Bellevue Ave and Thames Street. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Sea breeze was locked up an no one there when I arrived at 730pm after a long drive. I was able to reach someone on the phone who had no keys to get into the office to check my reservation. Had to wait an hour and a half until someone drove with keys to check my reservation. I reservation was accurate and was able to get in my room by 9 o’clock. Staff was very friendly and accommodating and very sorry for the inconvenience. I didn’t have a back up reservation so I was very worried I was going to have to find another hotel or sleep in my car. Room did not have creamer to go with the coffee maker. Beautiful place

The inn was convenient to the place I was doing business. They seemed to have a water problem however after a deep freeze the weekend before. I drank water from the tap and got very sick.
