"It gave Vegas Bellagio vibes! Loved it!! Clean room with every extra we could need - toothbrush, shower cap, shoe polisher, makeup wipe etc - very convenient. "

"The staff was not friendly or helpful. When I checked in they didn't great me and were very methodical. Same in the morning when I asked for late checkout. They just said no. I get it, you can't always accommodate, but just a friendly "I'm sorry" would have been nice. Someone erroneously charged my room and they just gave me a phone number and told me to call tomorrow with no explanation of what the charges represented. I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times but will choose somewhere else next time."
