2/10 Terrible

"Unfortunately, we had a terrible night's stay here the room was so hot, it was like a sauna. We called down, told nothing could be done. After raising this point the next day, and promised call backs for over a month now, still nothing is done or taken seriously. It is unfortunate as the service at dinner before check in was fab, as were the staff we encountered. It is very disappointing, that even after reaching out to the Royal Oak, they promise to call back or address my concerns, nothing is done."

"On the whole a very good stay. Tillman pub is nice and not too noisy and they served a great breakfast. Staff were really friendly. Bedroom was roomy and well equipped with nice decor. Good sized en suite with walk in shower and large fluffy white towels. The reason I've not given an excellent rating is that there was mould on the walls in the en suite in a number of places. Such a shame as the rest of the hotel was in great condition. Wouldn't put me off going again as everything else was very good."
