「The view is absolutely beautiful. The overall hygiene was ok, with a small bit of stain on the sheet remaining. However, there was one used instant coffee packaging left, probably due to carelessness of cleaning staff. The worst issue was that the shower was completely not working but the hotel gave us this room knowing that there was a electrical failure for the shower. Although the staff was really polite when we raised this issue in the morning, it does not erase the disappointment at night....

「Super hotel in middle of Dolgellau. Efficiently run by courteous friendly professional staff. We did not eat there but wish we had! Everything as it should be in a good hotel. Plentiful overnight parking in the long stay carpark behind the hotel. Some traffic noise as it is an old building with single glazing but that is to be expected. 」

「I spent a few nights at the hotel with my family of 4. The hosts John and Maria were very kind and helped us with everything. I can only recommend it to anyone with children or pets. 」

「The room was spotless, spacious and well equipped. I loved the DAB radio on the bed side. Nice touch. I prefer to listen to music/ podcasts/ audio books when staying away for work. I was welcomed by the lady on reception as though I was a friend, not a guest. Certainly, the cheeriest greeting I have ever had when checking in. The car park is a little tight but there are plenty of public car parks really close. The restaurant was nice, with a good, varied menu and breakfast was top quality」

「Its very peacefull and quite and clean. Its self catering and shops are bit far so best take extra food and grocery. We stayed in bunglow and they got nice clean kitchen with all the cooking facilities. Rooms are nice but mattress are bit old.View from bunglows are lovely,I ll try to share image. Staff are friendly. All in all 5 stars. Price reflects. 」
