「The view is absolutely beautiful. The overall hygiene was ok, with a small bit of stain on the sheet remaining. However, there was one used instant coffee packaging left, probably due to carelessness of cleaning staff. The worst issue was that the shower was completely not working but the hotel gave us this room knowing that there was a electrical failure for the shower. Although the staff was really polite when we raised this issue in the morning, it does not erase the disappointment at night....

He then got more annoyed that he didn't have the right number for me because he mixed me up with a different lodger. He then got even more annoyed at us because we where in the wrong room (he gave us the keys and told us the room number for those keys) The room: The room has a nice view if you stand on a chair. It has aweful airflow. There were 4 windows but only two open. When...
