Took 3 staff members, 2 hours to find my reservation, which was booked through the Home Office website. Parking is a joke. The Marriott was serviceable but the room lacked extra blankets, no microwave in the room, and they were short staffed in the cleaning department. I was informed by a letter shoved under the door that room cleaning was unavailable.
